Pros: - Cougar Recruits offers an exclusive collection of videos and photos so even if you've joined just about all the lesbian themed sites out there, you won't have seen the Cougar Recruits scenes anywhere else before!

- Not only are the scenes exclusive to the site, but they're also pretty unique in terms of featuring older women with younger women in a reality-style scenario. I don't often see reality sites where one babe seeks out other women, and particularly not with the age difference factor. The action starts off with a sexy cougar on the prowl. She might drive down the road or visit the mall on the search for a younger babe and talk to the camera a bit about what she's looking for, and once she finds out, it's no time before they're back at the cougar den getting naughty!

- Membership to Cougar Recruits includes access to 21 other network sites. All together, these consist of over 1000 additional scenes at no extra charge! At least two of the bonus sites are specifically lesbian-oriented, but you'll definitely see lesbo action on some of the others as well!

- Although they don't offer everything on my wish list, there are some helpful and interesting features here such as a key word search box, WMV and MPG formats for video downloads and even an additional option for an iPod/iPhone compatible version of each flick.

- Photos are very nice and clear, though pretty small at only 80 pixels on the long side. Videos are available sometimes at 720x480 pixels and sometimes at 640x480 pixels with a bitrate of around 1500 kbps for all of the flicks I downloaded.

Cons: - The collection of 33 scenes is on the small side, and updates are very erratic with anywhere from a week to well over a month in between additions. I would definitely prefer to see this one on a set update schedule!

- The video viewing options here, although they include multiple formats, aren't really that great. There is no full length option at all, and MPG format versions can only be downloaded in one-minute clips while MP4 and WMV formats are in larger chunks. Additionally, no ZIP files are available for the photo sets.
